Bar One at QV1 is Perth's first, truly European bar, serving the best coffee, exceptionally good pasta and antipasti and an innovative range of wines, beers and spirits.
The bar is impressive - 10 metres of marble and dark walnut facade, framed by thick timber bar shelves, classic pendant lights, black leather banquettes and upholstered bar stools and bistro chairs.
Inspired by the great bars of Europe, Bar One is Perth's newest concept in bars - a bar that opens at 7am and serves great coffee all day, sensational pasta, salads and antipasti at lunch and introduces the art of afternoon and evening apperitive - exquisite drinks and plates of food designed to share.
